Vice Dean of Information Technology Faculty, and former head of Computer Networks department. He received his BSc. n Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Garyounis University (Now, University of Benghazi) Benghazi 1995. He then worked as teaching assistant at Omar Al-Mukhtar University since 1997 until he granted a full scholarship to join MSc programme at Sheffield Hallam University, UK, in which he obtained the degree in 2005. He received PhD majored in Wireless Communictions and Signal Processing at The University of Liverpool, UK.
